Fix or Replace

We are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of satisfaction when it comes to the products we install. That's why we offer a 48-hour fix or replace guarantee for any faulty products that we install. If we are unable to fix the issue, we will replace the product and deal directly with the manufacturer on behalf of our customers, valid for up to the manufacturer's warranty. Our guarantee ensures that our customers have the peace of mind that comes with knowing that any issues with their products will be dealt with quickly and efficiently. In the rare instance that we are not able to fix or replace the faulty product within 48 hours, we will pay our customers' bill for the period of time they were waiting for assistance. Savings Guarantee

We take pride in providing our customers with accurate and reliable projections for their solar system's performance. That's why we use a software called Pylon Observer, which utilizes the facts and figures of production in line with those of the Clean Energy Council, to create our proposals. Our savings guarantee ensures that customers can have peace of mind that their system will perform as projected in their Pylon Observer proposal. In the unlikely event that the system does not meet the projected performance figures, we will compensate the customer for the difference in their savings and what was initially outlaid. This guarantee is a testament to our commitment to providing our customers with the best possible solar installation experience, backed by accurate and reliable projections that they can trust.

Price Match

We understand the importance of providing our customers with the best possible value for their investment in solar energy. That's why we offer a price match guarantee to ensure that our customers are getting the most competitive pricing in the market. If a customer receives a quote for identical equipment from another electrical company prior to installation, we will honour a price match to ensure that our customers are receiving the best value for their investment. Aftercare

Our aftercare department is available to provide you with all things post installation.  They will help you register warranties and guide you through any issues with connecting Wi-Fi monitoring. If you provide access, they will even be able to monitor your systems performance remotely. You'll most likely get a courtesy call from them post installation.
