I had been interested in solar power for quite some time however didn’t really know where to go with it, until I engaged with Talk Energy Solar & Battery. Mark Higgins visited my property, created designs for the solar panels on my roof and demonstrated the potential energy production and savings I could expect with the design through my previous Synergy data. He explained the procedure for solar installation including the background approval/administrative work with Synergy in order to return power to the grid. Mark spared no expense educating me on the solar panels and inverter he recommended, he also explained other hardware he could supply. He explained measures I could take to ensure optimal longevity of this hardware. Mark was extremely knowledgeable regarding the process for getting me solar energy and gave me the most informed decision I could have asked for. He was a gentleman and a scholar to say the least. He was accommodating for all questions or concerns I had throughout the process and has made himself ongoingly easily available even after installation. The installers were fast and professional, taking only 3 hours to install the solar panels and inverter. I met with Mark on Friday and by the Tuesday next week I had solar energy production from my property. I highly recommend this company, I doubt you’ll be disappointed.

I recently had new solar panels installed by Talk Energy and am very grateful to all the friendly and professional people who were involved in the whole process of the installation. Emma gave me a personalised breakdown of advantages and savings to me, Sonam and Namgay replaced 9 previously broken roof tiles while they were installing the panels and Dom walked me through the system and helped me install an App that shows how much energy is being generated and power usage etc.
I contacted Emma with a few questions and she immediately resolved my queries and let me know she’s available at any time into the future with any queries I might have and I’d definately recommend Talk Energy.
