From the initial call to Talk Energy reception, the BD home visit the next day, installation supervisor pre-install inspection, back-office staff commercial requirements and install date confirmations, great installation team effort, all this plus Director oversight and technical query assistance. Work progressed as planned with clear timelines for the quote, pre-install inspection and installation. All the office staff were friendly and efficient. Talk Energy was great on advising about the product. Took us a while to decide what company to go with. Went with talk energy cause they have their own team. From installers to tech guys etc. they are based here. Installation was done professionally And my after hours queries have all been addressed and have been really helpful. (I’m so not tech savvy). But the staff are super patient and explain things so well when I asked about using the app etc to monitor my system. They go right thru your bill and everything to help you understand best time of usage. I have been lucky enough to trust and taken a gamble with Joe Kramer who has by all means gone above and beyond all measures to make sure not only our family home but also our investment property needs have all been met and have saved us massive of dollars. We as a family of 7 moved down from the Pilbara to our beautiful home 6 years ago and another company promised, guaranteed and swore that by going with them (PerthSolarForce) that our over a $1000 electricity bill would be 100% below $300 every bill. Well this did not at all happen in these pass 6yrs with every 6mths to a few months I would make inquires on why are my bill still so high to where the blame would be passed on to either Synergy, Western Power or right down to the aircon/pool/appliances to us even paying an electrician to come out and be charged $2500.00 to test all appliances/switches/pumps/retic etc just to be told NO they weren't drawing out more power than they needed to. I even turned off the spa at the beginning and was shocked that by doing that we saved $200 then last winter and this winter turned off pool and retic saved $600 oops and only used split ducted heating every now and then and using washing machine/dishwasher at separate times to see if that would reduce our bill.....Everything was getting sooo frustrating who was telling me the correct information, why was my electricity bill soooo high even with solar panels, why were we not seeing/getting any difference with power costs???? Well Joe did his research and with not wanting to give us any wrong information due to what we have already been through found out that NO adding 1 or even 2 batteries to our solar system already was not going to help as the solar system couldn't even handle what our house was using so we had to get a whole new system with batteries just maintain/reduce our energy saving......well below are the pictures of when the panels and batteries first got installed to the following week....just 1 week later....and the difference is right there in black and white people.....then to our first Synergy bill with using our dyer/aircon and retic plus ALL the normal everyday usage and it is by far the lowest bill we have EVER received in so many years even with the incentives from covid etc !!! I seriously can not express enough just how much attention to all the ins and outs that Joe went to help us out with and HE is the reason I highly recommend Talk Energy Solar and Battery. We went through soooo much money and tried to do all the right things with our old solar system to even paying cash when really in the end we had been taken for suckers and it is hard now a days who to trust and who not to BUT we are living proof to take that gamble/belief in this company.....Talk Energy Solar & Battery 100% will NOT let you downTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
