They answered every technical question I had before a single bolt was turned, giving me total confidence in the design. True Local Team (No Subcontractors): One of my main requirements was that the work be done by the company’s own employees. The team that arrived was polite, professional, and incredibly efficient—completing the entire install in one day despite the scorching heat. They even took the time to clean my garage floor before leaving! Smart Engineering (East-West Split): They designed the system with 10 panels facing East and 11 facing West. This layout is brilliant—it captures the early morning sun and the late afternoon rays, providing a much more consistent power curve throughout the entire day. Intelligent EV Integration: My new EV charger now features Dynamic Load Balancing. My car charges automatically from solar surplus, but if I turn on a heavy appliance in the house, the system intelligently slows the car’s charge to prioritize the home. Start my old solar panel system replacement by using google reviews and got 3 quotes, at the very beginning, Mitch gives me honest advice and recommendations and follow me up with my changes. The installation team were very polite and installed at my satisfaction. Yes, Talk Energy is not the lowest price offer, but I believe you better deal the person with honesty, integrity, and professionalism! Also, your peace of mind will come from 25 years warranty on solar module, 10 years on inverter AND 20 years on workmanship! My new solar system is 11.2kW, with a 2.56kW modular battery (can expend up to 10 modules), plus EPS function.
